With Downtown Los Angeles experiencing an unprecedented building boom, Murphy O’Brien was tasked with building buzz about the monumental mixed-use project Oceanwide Plaza, Oceanwide’s first in the US and the largest in the history of downtown LA. Through a targeted press campaign and social media strategy, Murphy O’Brien secured a steady stream of coverage for the project in notable outlets such as Angeleno, Forbes, and Los Angeles Magazine, among others.
