MEDIA RELATIONS — CASE STUDY

Objective

— Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, a Forbes 5-star ocean retreat, was seeking brand-defining exposure and consumer awareness to help drive follower growth, community engagement and highlight the property as the perfect staycation.

Execution

— Murphy O'Brien outreached to on-brand, drive market luxury influencers to help create content and drive awareness through captivating storytelling giving a wholistic view of the resort experiences. As a result, Murphy O'Brien confirmed a variety of travel, culinary, beauty, fashion influencers and content creators – including Danyelle Noble (221K Followers) @jlondonostyle (114K Followers) Nikol Johnson (55K Followers) Dani Bustabad (45K Followers).

Results

— In total, these partnerships resulted in over 200 pieces of content, 870,000 impressions, 78,000 engagements with a potential reach of over 18,000,000.

— Since Murphy O'Brien took over Eau’s influencer marketing in September of 2020, we have garnered 75 high-quality assets for the resort’s social use that highlight the spa, resort amenities, dining and overall property experiences.
