Artesana
Rosewood Residences
Aspen-based Bald Mountain Development's latest
project is the Rosewood San Miguel de Allende,
located in one of Mexico's most unique and beautiful
destinations. The development will be one of the
area's first five-star luxury resorts, along with
the Artesana Rosewood Residences, a residential
ownership opportunity in a prestigious location.
Located on approximately 14 acres next to the
historical center of the city, the Rosewood San
Miguel de Allende will offer 63 suites, while
the Artesana Rosewood Residences will feature
two, three, four and five-bedroom residences that
will range from 1,800 to more than 7,000 square
feet and are priced from under $1 million to $3
million. Both the Residences and resort will be
operated by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. The

Club Acquisition Company was founded in 1994
by J. Patrick Butler with the development of El
Dorado Ranch located near the town of San Felipe,

Guacalito de la Isla will be the first five-star,

development in Nicaragua. The $250 million, 1,670-acre
