Artesana Rosewood Residences

Aspen-based Bald Mountain Development's latest project is the Rosewood San Miguel de Allende, located in one of Mexico's most unique and beautiful destinations. The development will be one of the area's first five star luxury resorts, along with the Artesana Rosewood Residences, a residential ownership opportunity in a prestigious location. Located on approximately 14 acres next to the historical center of the city, the Rosewood San Miguel de Allende will offer 65 suites, while the Artesana Rosewood Residences will feature two, three, four and five-bedroom residences that will range from 1,800 to more than 7,000 square feet and are priced from under $1 million to $3 million. Both the Residences and resort will be operated by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. The resort will boast a signature rooftop lounge, a five star spa and fitness facilities, several pools, meeting rooms and public space for rotating art exhibits.

Borgo di Vagli

Borgo di Vagli is the first fully restored 14th century hamlet in Tuscany to offer fractional ownership. Set twenty minutes from the medieval town of Cortona, in a large protected area in the Niccone Valley, Borgo di Vagli's thick stone buildings house 10 one and two bedroom residences, each one with its own private wisteria or vine-covered pergola. The hamlet has been meticulously and lovingly restored over 10 years by Italian architect Fulvio Di Rosa. Interiors are authentic but with modern comfort in mind.
