Senior Account Executive — Luxury Travel

Senior Account Executives are core members of all account teams at the agency. They interact with clients, pitch the media, merchandise and package results, and are expected to contribute creative campaign suggestions and ideas. A Senior Account Executive must have excellent writing and communication skills. In addition, Senior Account Executives are given the opportunity to work with senior staff to shape the strategic direction of accounts and offer creative suggestions.Primary job responsibilities will be to:

  • Pitch media and secure high profile placements
  • Organize press trips and media tours
  • Generate monthly reports for clients
  • Work with team to create exciting trends and story angles

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years Public Relations agency experience (*This is mandatory – others need not apply)
  • Excellent media pitching skills
  • Superior writing and communication skills
  • A clip book showcasing recent media placements that appeared in national and regional publications
  • Ability to multi-task and excel on five to six accounts
  • Desire to travel
  • Close media contacts (including national media)
  • Ability to generate creative story angles
  • A BA/BS from a four-year accredited university is preferred.
