Vice President, Lifestyle Group

 Vice Presidents have a highly visible and important role and are responsible for strategically leading high-profile accounts at the agency.  They are accountable for successfully protecting their assigned accounts and are also charged with operating as industry experts within their specific practice areas, developing and owning the client decision maker relationship, creating the strategic direction for accounts and developing newsworthy and creative campaign ideas implemented on a quarterly basis.  They are expected to oversee ten accounts.

Vice Presidents must also develop enduring relationships with the top media that matter the most to clients.  Vice Presidents are tasked with very high-level and targeted pitching across all accounts and are frequently called upon to assist with various aspects of new business development.

Vice Presidents are responsible for successfully coaching and mentoring their direct reports, providing training for team development, and are often asked to provide additional employee advice and counsel.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Minimum of 5-6 years agency experience (*This is mandatory – others need not apply)
  • Hands on leadership experience
  • Ability to coach, encourage and motivate team members
  • Superior writing and communication skills
  • A clip book showcasing recent media placements that appeared in national and regional publications
  • Ability to multi-task and excel on five to six accounts
  • Ability to travel
  • Close media contacts (including national media)
  • Ability to generate creative campaign suggestions and story angles
  • A BA/BS from a four-year accredited university is preferred

Account Director - Luxury Lifestyle

Exciting opportunity for an Account Director in our luxury lifestyle brands collection. The ideal candidates will have experience with luxury consumer product, food & beverage/restaurant clients.

We are seeking creative and energetic publicists looking to promote Luxury Brands.  Account Directors are key agency managers who play a high profile and important role.  They are accountable for successfully protecting their assigned accounts and are also charged with operating as industry experts within their specific practice areas, developing and often owning the client decision maker relationship, creating the strategic direction for accounts and developing newsworthy and creative campaign ideas implemented on a quarterly basis.  Account Directors will be expected to lead 2-3 accounts with no Vice President.  They are expected to oversee a minimum of eight accounts in most cases. 

Account Directors must develop enduring relationships with the top media that matter the most to clients.  Account Directors are tasked with very high-level and targeted pitching across all accounts and are frequently called upon to assist with various aspects of new business development.  Account Directors must have excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills, and must consistently teach and demonstrate these skills to elevate the skill sets of more junior team members, in addition to mentoring their direct reports.

Manager/Director, Human Resources

The Manager/Director, Human Resources is responsible for providing leadership and support in strategic and functional areas of human resources including recruiting and employment, personnel administration, employee relations, job evaluation, compensation management, organization development and training.  The Manager/Director, Human Resources is also responsible for assisting in strategic areas of internal operations like account staffing and agency growth planning.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, Master’s degree a plus
  • Previous Public Relations or related industry experience a plus

Senior Account Executive - Lifestyle, Travel, Hospitality

Exciting opportunity for an Senior Account Executive in our luxury travel and lifestyle brands collections. The Ideal candidates will have experience with luxury travel & hospitality or luxury consumer product, food & beverage/restaurant clients.

Senior Account Executives are assigned to six accounts and are important members of every account team at the agency.  They are responsible for the majority of the media pitching, as well as merchandising and packaging results, conducting research and preparing various client correspondence.    Senior Account Executives must demonstrate excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.  In addition, they are to be provided the opportunity to work with senior staff to offer creative campaign suggestions and ideas on a regular basis.
